Comfortable clothing, walking shoes or sandals, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, a reusable
water bottle, and a light rain jacket (especially during rainy-season destinations).

Tipping is optional but customary. The standard range in Costa Rica is 15% to 20%.
Yes. After paying the 20% deposit, the balance can be paid upon arrival.
